Step 1
Choose our standard one or we will consider the project or sketch you are interested in. We design any types of houses: frame, brick, aerated concrete houses, etc.

Step 2
Next, we will consider the project and its conditions. After agreeing on the cost and terms - signing the design contract.
Step 3
The result of the work is a finished project, confirmed in the construction department. Obtained the necessary building permits.
* We do not specialize in redevelopment of apartments, coordination of reconstruction of parts of multi-storey, multi-apartment buildings, catering outlets.

Knowledge
When designing buildings, our specialists rely on current codes of laws and technical documents, such as Euro codes and Latvian building codes (LBN).
For example, in the construction of wooden frame buildings, we rely on EN 1995 Eurocode 5 and its Latvian adaptation (LV EN). As well as technologies used in Canada and America (National Building Code of Canada) and its adaptation of SP 31-105-2002.
Responsibility
Our team interacts with the client and provides any possible support at each design stage. Construction supervision is also possible.

The cost includes: Architectural drawings (AR), development of the structural part (BK), development of the general plan (ĢP), energy certification (EAA), Geology (Gi), topography (Ti), coordination of the project in various instances, obtaining technical conditions, obtaining permission for construction, consultations.
Cost does not include: Communication projects. The cost of these positions are calculated individually, based on the conditions of the project.
